Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a Speech Therapist in Centerburg, Ohio to join a hospital team focused on high-quality patient care. The role includes screening, evaluation, and therapeutic interventions, with a treatment plan per doctor referral, serving diverse ages.

Two full-time positions: outpatient 8am–5:30pm and pediatrics 8am–6pm; Tues day off; sign-on bonus and full benefits. Compensation ranges $36–42/hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology required.
• Current State of Ohio Licensure at time of employment.
• CPR certification and ability to work variable days and hours.
• Capable of providing care to patients of all ages and socio-economic backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide screening, evaluation, and therapeutic interventions to patients.
• Develop a treatment plan and implementation per doctor referral.
• Maintain excellent interpersonal skills with all ages.
• Demonstrate critical thinking to provide safe, high-quality care.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and departmental information.
• Evaluations: adults 8–9 patients, pediatrics 8–10 daily with co-treatment as needed.
