Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners in Centerburg, Ohio, is seeking a Speech Therapist for a small community hospital near Columbus. You will assess patients, plan treatment, and provide therapy while maintaining patient confidentiality and high-quality care. Outpatient and Pediatrics tracks offer varied hours.

Salary is hourly: $36–$42 with full benefits and a sign-on bonus. Outpatient schedule 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Pediatrics 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with some 4–10 hour days.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology is required.
• Current State of Ohio Licensure is required.
• Ability to work variable days and hours as needed.
• Current CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide screening, evaluation, and therapeutic interventions to patients.
• Develop a treatment plan and implementation per doctor referral.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with all ages and socio-economic statuses.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and departmental information.
• Deliver care that is safe and of high quality through critical thinking.
• Adult evaluations: 8–9 patients; Pediatric evaluations: 8–10 daily; includes co-treatment with Occupational Therapy.
