Job summary

Essenti Talent is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to join a small community hospital northeast of Columbus, Ohio. You will provide screening, evaluation and therapy, develop treatment plans, and work with patients of all ages in outpatient or pediatric settings.

Positions are full-time: Outpatient 8:00–5:30; Pediatrics 8:00–6:00 with some 4–10 hour days. Compensation includes a $36–$42/hour range, full benefits, and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
• Current State of Ohio Licensure.
• Ability to work variable days and hours as needed.
• Current CPR Certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide screening, evaluation, and therapeutic interventions to patients.
• Develop a treatment plan and implementation per doctor referral.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with all ages.
• Demonstrate critical thinking to provide safe, high-quality care.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Evaluations are 1 hour: Adult patients 8-9; Peds 8-10 with 30-45 min treatments and co-treatment with OT.
• Since we are a small community hospital, you will see a wide range of diagnoses.
