Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Speech Therapist for a hospital near Centerburg, Ohio. The full-time role covers Outpatient and Pediatrics with 8:00 AM–5:30 PM or 8:00 AM–6:00 PM shifts. The position offers a sign-on bonus and a full benefits package.

Responsibilities include screening, evaluation, and therapy per physician referral, with patient interactions across ages. Join a small community hospital team delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
• Current State of Ohio Licensure.
• Ability to work variable days and hours as needed.
• Current CPR Certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide screening, evaluation, and therapeutic interventions to patients.
• Develop a treatment plan and implementation per doctor referral.
• Excellent internal personal skills with all ages and socio-economic status.
• Demonstrate critical thinking to provide safe, high-quality care.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and departmental information.
• Evaluations are 1 hour: Adult and Pediatric caseloads with varying treatment times.
