Joseph Michaels International seeks a Speech Therapist to join a small community hospital near Columbus, Ohio. The role includes screening, evaluation, and therapy across pediatric and outpatient populations.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech Pathology, Ohio licensure, and CPR certification. Typical hours are 8am-5:30pm or 8am-6pm with some variation; compensation ranges from $36 to $42 per hour, with full benefits and a sign-on bonus.

Formación

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
• Current State of Ohio Licensure.
• Ability to work variable days and hours as needed.
• Current CPR Certified.

Responsabilidades

• Provide screening, evaluation, and therapeutic interventions to patients.
• Develop a treatment plan and implementation per doctor referral.
• Excellent internal personal skills with all ages and socio-economic status.
• Demonstrate critical thinking to provide safe, high-quality care.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and departmental information.
• Evaluations are 1 hour: Adult patients seen 8-9; Peds patients seen 8-10 daily with co-treatment with OT.
