CTCA Academy in Oakland, NJ is seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist for a full-time maternity position serving students ages 7–21 in a multidisciplinary setting.

You will manage a caseload of 12 students, collaborate with OT, PT, teachers, and nursing staff, and participate in weekly supervision to enhance service delivery. The role includes a generous benefits package and a January 2027 start window.

Formación

• Current licensure in Speech Therapy in the state of New Jersey.
• State certification or eligibility for NJ DOE School Certificate.
• Strong communication and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide speech therapy to students aged 7–21.
• Collaborate with OT, PT, teachers, and nursing staff.
• Manage a caseload of 12 students.
• Participate in weekly supervision and MDT meetings.
• Support students with adaptive equipment needs, sensory issues, and vision impairments.
