Job summary

CTC Academy in Oakland seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a full-time maternity position, serving students ages 7-21 in a multidisciplinary setting. You will manage a caseload of 12 students, collaborate with PT, ST, teachers and nursing staff, and participate in weekly supervision to support growth and service quality.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in Occupational Therapy in the state of New Jersey.
• Current certification or eligible for NJ Department of Education School Certificate.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students ranging from ages 7-21.
• Work closely with Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Classroom teachers, and Nursing staff to deliver a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to student care.
• Manage a caseload of 12 students, ensuring personalized and focused therapy.
• Participate in weekly supervision and multidisciplinary team meetings to support professional growth and enhance service delivery.
• Work with a diverse caseload that may include students with unique adaptive equipment needs, sensory issues and vision impairments.
