Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for adults with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. The role requires CCC and a Florida license, with opportunities to collaborate in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

The incumbent will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, document progress, and participate in clinical education and performance improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Current Florida State SLP License required.
• Certification as CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competency) required/desired.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CPR certification preferred or required.
• ASHA membership desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Independently evaluates and treats patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Complete assessments within departmental timeframes and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document evaluation findings, treatment sessions, and clinical recommendations clearly.
• Maintain up-to-date progress notes and billing documentation per guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and performance improvement activities.
