Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-linguistic, voice, and swallowing disorders across our hospital settings.

The role requires independent patient assessments, development of individualized treatment plans, clear documentation, and collaboration with supervisors, staff, and students within the clinical education program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure.
• ASHA CCC certification or eligibility.
• CPR certification and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Complete assessments within timeframes and document independently.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Document evaluation findings, treatment sessions, and clinical recommendations clearly.
• Attend staffings, team huddles, and contribute to clinical education programs.
