Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home therapy to clients of all ages in Massachusetts. This is a Per-Diem, flexible hours role.

You will assess, treat, and document progress, create personalized care plans, collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team, and provide strategies for home exercises. Requires MA license, Master’s in SLP, and CCC-SLP preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• 1+ years of experience (home health preferred).
• CCC-SLP from ASHA (preferred).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech and language therapy.
• Create personalized care plans based on evaluations.
• Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Document progress in our secure EMR system.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate families on exercises and strategies for success.
