Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home therapy to clients of all ages. This per-diem, flexible-hours role supports patients recovering from illness, injury, or developmental delays by helping them communicate and swallow safely.

You will provide individualized therapy plans, document progress, and collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• 1+ years of home health experience; CCC-SLP from ASHA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech and language therapy.
• Create personalized care plans based on evaluations.
• Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Document progress in our secure EMR system.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate families on exercises and strategies for success.
