Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to deliver in-home therapy to clients of all ages. This is a Per-Diem, flexible hours role, offering mileage reimbursement and weekly pay.

You’ll support patients recovering from illness, injury, or developmental delays by helping them regain communication and safe swallowing. Join a nurse-led, supportive team with flexible scheduling and opportunities to make a real difference—one home

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required or preferred.
• Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist required.
• 1+ year of home health experience preferred.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech and language therapy to clients of all ages.
• Create personalized care plans based on evaluations.
• Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Document progress in EMR system.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team.

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate families on exercises and strategies for success

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• 1+ years of experience (home health preferred)
• CCC-SLP from ASHA (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
