Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home therapy to clients of all ages. This Per-Diem role offers flexible hours and travel within the service area.

You will help patients regain communication and safe swallowing, working with families and an interdisciplinary team. Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, MA licensure as an SLP, and 1+ years of experience (home health preferred).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• 1+ years of experience (home health preferred).
• CCC-SLP from ASHA (preferred).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech and language therapy.
• Create personalized care plans based on evaluations.
• Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Document progress in our secure EMR system.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate families on exercises and strategies for success.
