Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn seeks a dedicated Speech Therapist to deliver in-home therapy to clients of all ages. This is a per-diem, flexible hours role with weekly pay and mileage reimbursement.

You will support patients recovering from illness, injury, or developmental delays by helping them regain communication and safe swallowing abilities, collaborating with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required or equivalent.
• Active Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• 1+ years of home health experience preferred.
• CCC‑SLP from ASHA is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech and language therapy to clients of all ages.
• Develop personalized care plans based on evaluations.
• Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Document progress in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate families on exercises and strategies for success.
