Job summary

Lionstone Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for per diem work in Paulding, OH. The role involves assessing and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders across healthcare and rehab settings.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, a current SLP license (CCC-SLP preferred), and comfortable working within an interdisciplinary team. Expect strong documentation in EHR and patient-family education.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current and active SLP license; CCC-SLP preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop diagnostic reports and treatment plans with physicians and the care team.
• Design and implement personalized therapy plans for aphasia, dysarthria, apraxia, dysphagia.
• Provide education to patients and families on communication strategies and AAC devices.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
