Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Conduct subjective assessment of patient’s speech language abilities during spontaneous conversation.
• Structure and implement individualized therapy programs to improve communication.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
• Document progress and complete notes, charges, discharge notes, and patient communications.
• Consult with Program Director and Rehab Physician regarding pre-screen assessments and physician consultations.
