Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed in Speech Therapy in the relevant state.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, or access to public transit.
• Preferred: CPR certification and availability for weekend rotations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient function using diagnostic tests and assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy within legal practice scope, coordinating with healthcare team members.
• Implement interventions to enhance communication and swallowing abilities.
• Monitor, document, and report patient responses and condition changes to supervising healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and team members on speech therapy techniques and strategies.
• Adapt to diverse home environments and patient backgrounds, ensuring inclusive care.
