Little Scholars Services is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our Early Intervention team serving children from birth through age 22 in Mission Viejo, CA and throughout Orange County. We believe clinicians should spend more time treating patients and less time on paperwork.

Our team uses state-of-the-art AI to support documentation, treatment planning, progress reports, and data summaries while never replacing professional judgment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Current or eligible California Speech Language Pathology license.
• CCC SLP or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status required.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence based Early Intervention services.
• Educate and collaborate with families.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Complete timely clinical documentation using AI assisted tools.
• Collaborate with Speech, Occupational Therapy, ABA, Psychology, and Educational teams.

Little Scholars Services is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our Early Intervention team serving children from birth through age 22.

We believe clinicians should spend more time treating patients and less time completing paperwork. Our team utilizes state of the art Artificial Intelligence to assist with documentation, treatment planning, progress reports, data summaries, and other clinical reporting. AI serves as a clinical support tool only and never replaces the clinician's professional judgment. Every document is reviewed and approved by the treating therapist.
