**Description**
Screens and evaluates the communication and feeding/swallowing skills of preschoolers as per ASHA guidelines during:
Develops and implements therapy programs based on the child's individual needs, in accordance with school philosophy, utilizing state-of-the-art techniques.
Participates in all aspects of the interdisciplinary treatment team, including formal and informal meetings, consultations, and maintains clinical documentation such as evaluation reports, daily logs, and IEP documentation.
Attends department, supervisory, staff, and team meetings as required. Acts as a child advocate when needed, both internally and in outside meetings.
Evaluates the effectiveness of classroom programs, including language lessons and group communication programs.
Maintains effective interpersonal relationships with team members, staff, parents, and outside agencies, demonstrating open communication, self-evaluation, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
**Position Qualifications**
Preferred pediatric experience. Skills include analytical thinking, effective communication, conceptual thinking, decision-making, diversity awareness, ethical conduct, interpersonal skills, good judgment, relationship building, reliability, responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
