Job summary

Signature Healthcare at Home on the Oregon Coast seeks a compassionate Speech Therapist to join our Home Health team serving Lincoln City, Newport, and surrounding communities. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders in patients in their homes.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families, document clinically, and collaborate with physicians, nurses and caregivers to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon Speech Language Pathologist license.
• CCC-SLP preferred.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Home Health experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities
