Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full Time, Part Time, or PRN

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatments per policy and care plans
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly
• Follow policies and procedures within scope of practice
• Prioritize patient care needs with initiative and sound judgment
• Complete required training and orientations timely
• Perform additional duties as directed by supervisor

Minimum Requirements

• Valid professional SLP license in the state of practice
• Graduate of an ASHA-accredited program; foreign-trained candidates must have credentials deemed equivalent by an approved evaluation organization
