Job summary

Ozarks Community Hospital in Gravette, Arkansas seeks a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join and support its Physical Therapy department. The SLP evaluates and treats infants, children and adults with various speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.

The clinician develops individualized treatment plans, ensures accurate patient charges and timely documentation, and participates in infection control and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Speech and Language Therapy.
• Current CCC-SLP certification.
• Current BLS certification upon hire or during orientation and maintained thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, direct and administer speech therapy for infants, children and adults with speech, language, communication, and/or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop individual treatment programs to maximize each client’s potential.
• Ensure patient charges and documentation are accurate and entered timely.

Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH), located in Gravette, Arkansas, is seeking a PRNSpeech Language Pathologist(SLP) to join our Physical Therapydepartment.

The Speech Language Pathologist isresponsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering speech therapy for infants, children and adults who have various levels of speech, language, communication, and/or swallowing difficulties. Therapists assess the clients' needs before developing individual treatment programs to enable each client to improve to their maximum potential. Ensures that patient charges and documentation are accurate and entered on a timely basis. Participates in all infection control, departmental equipment training, organizational safety and fire safety programs.

Requirements:
