Qualifications

• Current licensure or state certification required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred or required for the role.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to determine speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and administer personalized treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed.
• Track and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
