Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join a nationwide inpatient rehabilitation leader dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs, developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• State licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with related clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify therapy accordingly.
• Track and document patient performance, progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress with the team.
