Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver customized speech and language therapy to patients, with access to advanced technology within a nationally leading rehabilitation company.

You will evaluate and plan individualized treatment, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes. The role supports growth and professional development in a large, inclusive organization.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required or in place at hire.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
