Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of New England at Beverly seeks a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language challenges in a compassionate, team-focused environment.

You will develop personalized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with therapists to help patients regain communication skills, supported by a national network and resources. This is an on-site, full-time position with a supportive culture and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
