Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of New England at Beverly is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team in Oklahoma. You will evaluate, treat, and document patient progress, delivering personalized therapy to restore communication abilities.

Licensed professionals with CCC and CPR, plus a state license, are encouraged to apply. This role offers a supportive environment within a national leader in post-acute care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
