Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of New England at Beverly invites you to join our team as a Speech Pathologist. You will evaluate, plan, and administer personalized treatment for patients facing speech and language challenges in a supportive, high‑tech environment.

Current state licensure and CCC are required; CPR within 30 days may be needed. A Master’s degree is preferred, with a Bachelor’s degree acceptable with field experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Education

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Bachelor’s degree with field experience

CCC Certification (ASHA)

State licensure in good standing

CPR certification (or within 30 days of hire)
