Job summary

Encompass Health in Nashua, NH is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech and language disorders, delivering compassionate care in a supportive, team-based environment.

You’ll use up-to-date therapy techniques, maintain comprehensive documentation, collaborate with caregivers, and contribute to a national rehabilitation leader known for awards and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
