Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, design, and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients overcome speech and communication challenges.

You will assess progress, adjust therapies when needed, and document outcomes while celebrating patient victories. This role supports growth within a national inpatient rehabilitation leader and emphasizes compassionate care with access to advanced therapy tools.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification (Clinical Competence) required or in process.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.

Education

Master's degree preferred

Bachelor's degree with field experience
