Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide evidence-based speech-language therapy and support for patients across a compassionate care team. Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Certification: CCC (ASHA).
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Education

Master’s degree preferred

Bachelor’s degree with field experience

CCC certification

CPR certification required within 30 days
