Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech and language disorders in a hospital-based rehabilitation setting. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and measurable progress.

You will evaluate, develop, and adjust personalized treatment plans, document outcomes, and participate in ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Education

Master's degree preferred
