Job summary

Encompass Health, the nation’s largest rehabilitation company, is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our inpatient team near Chattanooga. You will evaluate, plan, and administer personalized therapy to help patients communicate more effectively, using advanced tools in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure for SLP in good standing.
• CCC-SLP certification required or in process.
• CPR certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed.
• Track, document, and report patient progress and outcomes.
• Celebrate and support patient improvements throughout therapy.
