Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You’ll evaluate, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans to help patients overcome speech and communication challenges in a supportive, technology-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed or certified as required by state regulations
• CCC credential (ASHA) preferred or required
• CPR certification required or within 30 days of hire
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred or Bachelor's with field experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress along the way

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Bachelor's degree with field experience
