Responsibilities
Coordinate, consult and conduct diagnostic evaluations with patients having known or suspected communication disorders and/or oropharyngeal dysphagia.
Interpret assessment data and plan and perform speech-language pathology treatment intervention programs when appropriate to restore function, prevent disability and help patients reach maximum potential.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Disorders from an accredited graduate school.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Licensure by the Georgia Board of Examiners of Speech/Language Pathology.
BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
