Required Hours: Tuesday–Saturday 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate consultations and diagnostic evaluations with patients having known or suspected communication disorders or oropharyngeal dysphagia, and interpret assessment data.
- Plan and perform speech-language pathology treatment intervention programs to restore function, prevent disability, and help patients reach maximum potential.
- Provide patient care to all age groups, including neonate, pediatric, adult, and geriatric.
- Supervise rehabilitation technicians, students, and observers.
- Orient and provide ongoing guidance to assigned staff.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology/Communication Disorders from an accredited graduate school.
- No minimum experience required.
- Licensure by the Georgia Board of Examiners of Speech/Language Pathology.
- BLS certification through AHA or ACR.
