Encompass Health is hiring a Speech Pathologist for PRN roles to provide patient-centered speech and language therapy. You will evaluate, design, and implement individualized treatment plans within a collaborative inpatient rehabilitation setting.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, progress tracking, and adapting therapy to patient responses. Current state licensure and CPR are required; CCC certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active SLP licensure as required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification (ASHA) preferred or required.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred, or Bachelor's with field experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress along the journey.
