Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of CCC (Certification of Clinical Competence).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and assessing patients and developing personalized treatment plans for speech and language needs.
• Modifying speech therapy treatment as needed based on patient progress.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories as they improve communication abilities.
