Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs within a team-focused, patient-centered environment. You will develop personalized therapy plans, document progress, and adjust treatments as needed to maximize outcomes across a nationwide rehabilitation network.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification (ASHA) required or preferred.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
