Encompass Health, a national inpatient rehabilitation leader, is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, treat, and support patients with speech and language needs. You'll work in a collaborative environment within the nation's largest rehabilitation company, contributing to high-quality care and patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Formation

Master's degree preferred

Bachelor's degree with field experience
