Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide treatment for patients with speech and language needs within our national inpatient network. You will deliver personalized plans and work with a supportive team to help patients achieve meaningful communication goals.

The role emphasizes comprehensive care, collaboration with clinicians, and ongoing documentation of progress, with opportunities for professional growth and patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Education
