Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Lakeview welcomes a dedicated Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat speech and language disorders in our inpatient rehab setting. You will develop personalized plans, monitor progress, and adjust therapy to maximize communication outcomes.

A strong team environment and access to advanced therapy tools support your clinical impact. Current state licensure, CCC credential, and CPR certification are required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) preferred or required.
• CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
