Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Lakeview is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy within an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate, plan, implement, and monitor individualized treatment programs for patients with communication needs.

The role requires current licensure (state-specific) and CCC certification, with CPR completion within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in state regulations.
• CCC Certification required or preferred.
• CPR certification required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed.
• Document patient progress and outcomes.
• Celebrate patient victories and support ongoing recovery.
