Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide individualized speech and language therapy to patients within a supportive, team-oriented environment. The role emphasizes compassionate care, progress tracking, and collaborative therapy planning.

Qualified candidates have state licensure or certification, CCC-credentialed SLPs, and CPR readiness. A Master’s degree is preferred, though a Bachelor’s with relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
