Job summary

Van Matre Encompass Health Rehabilitation Institute is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs. You will develop personalized plans, monitor progress, and adjust therapy to maximize outcomes in a supportive team setting.

Ideal candidates hold active state licensure, CCC certification, and CPR. A Master’s degree is preferred, or a Bachelor’s with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification completed or in process.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
