Van Matre Encompass Health Rehabilitation Institute in Texas seeks a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech and language challenges, develop personalized plans, and work within a supportive, technology-rich environment at the nation’s largest rehabilitation company.

This role requires current licensure or certification, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with field experience).

Formación

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Educación
