Encompass Health in Georgia is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech and language needs in a compassionate, tech-enabled inpatient setting.

You will collaborate with therapists and physicians to design personalized plans, document outcomes, maintain licensure and CCC credentials, and support patients on their journey toward clearer communication and better quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification (Certification of Clinical Competence).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
