Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs within our inpatient setting, helping individuals regain communication skills and confidence.

You will develop personalized treatment plans, measure progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a compassionate, patient‑centered environment that emphasizes growth, education, and evidence‑based practice.

Formación

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of CCC.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
