Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide expert therapy for patients with speech and language needs. You will evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans, adjust approaches as needed, and document patient progress in a supportive, patient-centered setting.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, ongoing education, and collaboration with a nationwide inpatient rehabilitation team to achieve meaningful patient outcomes.

Competenze

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Mansioni

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
