Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver individualized speech and language rehabilitation in an inpatient setting. You will assess and create plans, guide patients through therapy, and document progress as part of a nationally recognized rehabilitation provider.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Formation

Master's degree preferred

Bachelor's degree with field experience
